CLYW and SPYY joined forces to design a limited release yoyo from the ground up. We are very proud to introduce this new and truly Canadian yoyo, the Galactic Goose.

Two weeks before the 2009 World YoYo Contest Chris of CLYW drove south to meet up with Steve of SPYY to start on a new design. The goal was to capture the essence of both companies and to produce a true blending of our strengths… Mission accomplished! This yoyo includes features that cater to the latest trends, like flowable silicone, large dry bearing, wild colors and an exotic “wing tipped” profile shape. The artwork for the Galactic Goose was created by the brilliantly talented artist and yoyoer from Brazil, Sid Seed. This is Sid’s first collaboration with a yoyo manufacturer, which makes this even more exciting.

The Galactic Goose symbolizes the strong friendships that form in our close knit community… Friendships strong enough to push aside the competitive nature of the yoyo business. We’re really excited for this release, as it brings together the only yoyo manufacturers in Canada to create something special. We hope that you will embrace this new yoyo with the same love that we put into its creation.

The Galactic Goose is limited to 150 pieces total, 75 pieces in “Rocky Mountain Rust” and 75 pieces in “Arctic Bronze”.
